Some more experiments with three.js. Dots is a way to draw thousands of particles in the browser and move them around without making a separate object for every dot.

Thousands of white particles at different sizes and depths on a dark background
One of the particle experiments running in the browser.

It uses a point cloud, BufferGeometry and custom shaders to control the positions, sizes and colors. Separate animators work on the same particles, with experiments for waves, spheres, physics and points arranged around a 3D model. The camera moves between views too.

There is also an input path for camera tracking data over WebSockets. It's a collection of visual experiments rather than a finished app. Click the demo to switch between them.
